Service

Tuckshop London provides a screen printing service to order, sourcing garments and paper and screen printing onto these garments and paper, as requested. The Contract is formed once an order has been accepted by Tuckshop London, and an Order Number will be given to the Buyer as confirmation of this acceptance.

Screen printing is a manual process and will not reproduce the original design exactly and individual prints may vary. This is generally considered part of the charm of screen printing.

The printed Goods are usually delivered within two weeks and We will endeavour to meet required deadlines. However the time that a printing job takes to complete shall not be of the essence.

If the specified garment is unavailable at time of ordering, We reserve the right to order an equivalent garment, or one of higher quality.

Fees

We have provided a quote calculator. The quote generated is just an estimate to help you plan your next project. Additional charges may apply for artwork, special inks, shipping, rush charges, etc. We undertake to contact the Buyer first in order to inform them of any extra costs and confirm that they are happy to go ahead with the printing.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required on all orders before they will be carried out. Once the necessary garments / paper / packaging has been ordered or printing work has begun, this deposit becomes non-refundable. The full balance is to be paid prior to collection or delivery, by Paypal.

If credit terms have been arranged in advance, We will allow 30 days from the delivery date for payment to be received. All goods remain the property of Tuckshop London until paid for in full. However the risk transfers to the Buyer at the time of collection or delivery of the goods.

Delivery

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, where as transport fees vary according to the overall weight and size of the order. We add insurance but your package will be dispatched at your own risk, special care is always taken to protect your prints and they will be well protected against damage in transit.
